As a sustainable agriculture innovator, TTC AgriS boasts an integrated IT ecosystem that offers comprehensive management solutions, which is grounded in its commitment to the vision of “Smart – Sustainability – Solution.” In particular, the Company has bolstered investment and R&D efforts towards the development of an effective and intelligent IT system that supports the sustainable growth of the agricultural economy through innovative, industry-leading solutions. Accordingly, the successful deployment of Oracle’s ERP system, along with other supporting systems such as DigiO, DigiFactory, DigiRetail, and DigiFarm, helps streamline digitalization and connectivity across all functions, enabling TTC AgriS’s ambition of becoming a solutions provider of high-tech agricultural products.
In FY 2023-2024, to boost operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and services to the customers, TTC AgriS advances the model of a Circular Commercial Value Chain through the integration of three Centers that adopt IT-centric operation.
1. Agriculture Center (AgrC)
This Center offers core infrastructure platforms for digitizing the agricultural value chain, integrating technology into production processes, and enhancing sustainable and circular farming practices. TTC AgriS seeks to strengthen technological capabilities and systems while fostering a data-driven approach to develop a high-tech agricultural structure through:
- A Farmer Relationship Management (FRM) platform that covers the entire farming cycle, including cultivation, plant care, and harvesting. This also helps analyze and refine data captured from day-to-day practices, such as crop growth characteristics, soil quality, climate, and humidity, among others, which enables optimal policies planning to support farmers.
- An AgriS Farmer app, which serves as a knowledge hub that consistently provides technical knowhows and insights for farmers and agribusinesses. In addition, farmers can view the entire collaboration process and real-time improvements, thereby bridging the gap between factories, the Company, and farmers.
- A Digital Harvesting solution, which leverages remote sensing and AI technology to improve field management practices, accurately predict yield, and optimize harvest logistics. Thanks to satellite-based crop monitoring, this helps accurately identify plant growth issues to facilitate optimal harvesting.
2. Production Center (ProC)
This Center provides solutions and services for production management and quality control, utilizing advanced technology and optimized production processes. Through the application of specialized smart management solutions, TTC AgriS is able to capture detailed, accurate data at every step of the production process. This streamlines the identification of non-optimal steps, recovery rates, and inefficient costs, enabling near-instant adjustments, specifically:
- The Product Quality Control & Production Operations Management system (DigiFactory) enhances process control right from the onset, optimizes every single stage by consolidating key data (raw materials, consumables, quality assurance) into a unified platform, and automates the operation of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and 24/7 camera monitoring systems.
3. Commercial Center (ComC)
This Center serves as a commercial and distribution hub for various categories, based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and market trends. Accordingly, the center offers a seamless omnichannel experience for customers thanks to standardized data and integrated technology, ultimately achieving higher satisfaction, specifically:
- The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system stores and analyzes data, enabling a deep understanding of customer needs while supporting better business planning and customer care;
- The Distribution Management System (DMS) features comprehensive order management, plus efficient tracking of delivery progress, receivables, and payment, which offers the fastest possible fulfillment. Additionally, this system plays a vital role in monitoring and reviewing the performance of sales teams and distributors by using key metrics to optimize sales effectiveness;
- As customers increasingly prefer e-commerce channels, TTC AgriS has expanded its online distribution across platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. By the end of 2023, TTC AgriS also launched its own website (www.agrismart.com.vn) to effectively reach out to customers nationwide.
In addition to these efforts, TTC AgriS is optimizing its supply chain by leveraging the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), and Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT). These systems provide the foundation for end-toend supply chain management, hence enhancing operational efficiency through informed decisions. By adopting a data-driven approach, TTC AgriS is able to anticipate market fluctuations, demand, and trends both domestically and internationally. This also aligns with the aim of developing a smart, integrated, and goal-oriented model, where technology serves as a backbone to provide, connect, and distribute data across the entire chain.
Furthermore, TTC AgriS developed a Digital Office (DigiO) software to manage workflows, documentation, data, and record retrieval, where 90% of tasks are now managed and processed synchronously. This allows employees to work from anywhere, hence improving productivity and efficiency while saving time more than 50% compared to the conventional way of working.
Notably, the newly launched Data Warehouse (DWH) adopts advanced technologies to manage data consolidated, integrated, and cleansed from various sources across the system. This creates a robust foundation for data analysis and data-driven decision modeling, supporting strategic planning in a practical and efficient manner.
Thanks to its comprehensive digitization efforts, TTC AgriS was honored with dual recognition at the I4.0 Awards in June 2024, including being named as a Top Enterprise with Smart Digital Products and Industry 4.0 Technology Solutions for the third consecutive year, with the Digi Office (DigiO) solution, an enterprise management solution that fully digitizes the company's activities.
